The walls are going up!

It’s been an exciting morning around these parts. It’s not even 9:30 a.m., and already the walls of our four Blitz Build houses are well on their way to being up. Volunteers are in full force: swinging hammers, running water, taking registrations. This is really a sight to behold.

Builders were on site by 6 this morning (so I hear – I was hitting snooze at about that time). In addition to those walls, we even have spotted the first trusses going into place. Here are some pictures I took this morning. Good photos, by actual photographers, will be posted later on. In the meantime, enjoy!
